Mambakkam is having lots of intermediate Brokers who raise the price of the property by just adding their commissions, the actual property value is Rs. 950 per sq ft. but many property marketers are selling at a price of Rs. 1850. Be caution about these intermediate brokers and avoid unnecessary commissions.
