Kadavanthra is one of most sought after destination in the city of Kochi. There are at-least 5 to 8 banks, restaurants, hospitals, shopping areas , Sports centers in the vicinity of the property. It is located at most well maintained road which well kept which is known as 'Subhash Chandra Bose Road'.
