Indore Removes Illegal Construction in Gulab Bagh and Talawali Chanda

Indore Municipal Corporation removed a 1,000-square-foot illegal structure in Gulab Bagh Colony and gave the owner of shops near Talawali Chanda pond five days to dismantle them.

Indore Municipal Corporation (IMC) removed an illegal G+1 structure spread over nearly 1,000 square feet in Gulab Bagh Colony, Ward No. 31, during a drive in Zone No. 22. The drive also covered Talawali Chanda, where IMC began action against illegally constructed shops near the pond in Ward No. 35. The owner requested time to remove the encroachment; IMC granted a five-day deadline to dismantle the construction. Additional municipal commissioner Rohit Sisodia said action against unauthorised construction would continue across the city. The operation was attended by building officer Vishal Rathore, building inspectors, removal assistant Bablu Kalyane and other IMC officials.
