G Square launched G Square Regal Park in Vandalur, Chennai, on February 3, 2025. Plots range from 550 to 4,600 sq. ft., priced from ₹4,550 per sq. ft., versus approximately ₹6,000 in the area. The project also includes 52 apartments of 534–1,228 sq. ft., priced at ₹4,599 per sq. ft. against a stated market price of ₹5,799; 16 individual villas of 1,150–1,163 sq. ft., priced at ₹5,699 per sq. ft. versus ₹7,000; and six twin villas of 2,313–2,325 sq. ft.
The site is on GST Road, a five-minute drive from Tambaram, 10 minutes from Oragadam and two minutes from Gateway IT Park SEZ.
