Do not trust the builder Fortune Builders and developers and the marketing team Manasa Infra for the commitment of delivery. This guy never pays the laborers/contractors etc on time and say that he does not get laborers and materials on time. He will never respond to your calls or messages or emails. Try talking to the existing owners before proceeding. He would still not finish it on time. There are other projects that are ready to occupy. Better lookout for them and be in peace.
