AECS ( Aeronautical Employees Co-Operative Housing Society) layout is one of the BDA approved layout apart from BEML layout in the Whitefield and Marathahalli area.
It has very well planned roads and developed parks. Road side plantation gives a better feel over the layout. 60 , 40 and 30 feet roads helps to accommodate the growing population.
This layout is located in a primary location, i.e near to ORR , IT industry, Educational , medical, Malls, etc ...
The layout provides all necessary things , so resident do not need to think going to core shopping area inside city.
