Brigade Enterprises Managing Director Pavitra Shankar said the company aims to double its growth in Chennai across residential, commercial, retail and hospitality sectors. In November 2024, Brigade signed a joint development agreement for a residential project of approximately 1 million square feet in Chennai, with a gross development value (GDV) of ₹800 crore.

The company also signed a definitive agreement for land on Whitefield-Hoskote Road for a residential project with an expected GDV of nearly ₹2,700 crore. Its pipeline includes approximately 12.61 million square feet of upcoming residential developments across Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad.

Brigade reported profit after tax of ₹236 crore for the quarter ended December 31, up 322% year-on-year, attributing growth to completion of two residential towers each in Hyderabad and North Bengaluru.
