Avadi is fast growing locality in Chennai and recently as been upgraded as corporation. Its connectivity through Local train service makes it well connected to the city and its proximity to Ambattur, Poonamallee and other places makes it a great location

Pros:
  • Local EMU service connection
  • Proximity to Govt organisation and Industrial estate
  • Proposed Tidel park in Pattabiram
Cons:
  • Needs some infrastructure development

Avadi is an area well developed even before Annanagar. Avadi is connected both by rail and bus services round the clock. Vedic school of Tirumala is present in Avadi, which is the first Vedic school in India run by a Non-Brahmin. Share auto services are also very frequent and available round the clock. Major schools and colleges, universities, polytechnic etc are present. Cost of living is suitable for low income groups also. All religions have their worship places in Avadi.

Avadi is the best place for day to day life because its easy to access the 24 hrs train facilities and 24 hrs bus transport from CMBT.
