ulwe have 2 railway station so all sectors is at nominal distance from railway station
drainage line , water line and electricity line is totally underground in ulwe.
this is most well planed sector in whole mumbai, navi mumbai, thane and raighad

Ulve is set to be one of the largest and most planned node within Navi Mumbai. It is going to be a model township in the next 5 years. The Mumbai trans harbour sea link will be a game changer for Ulwe as it will bring South Mumbai closer to Ulwe than to other places in Mumbai itself. For example, Sewri to Ulwe might actually take around 50 Min. while Sewri to Andheri might take lot longer. This will lead to lot of economic activities just beyond housing to proliferate in Ulwe.
We still need to wait to see how the airport is shaping before guessing how it will impact Ulwe.
