Knowledge park 5 (KP-5) is a fast upcoming locality in Noida extension. I could see 2 nos of schools Aster public school and Delhi Wonder Public school are already functional. Corporate group M/s GATI already operates a major ware house and distribution center.
In one of the commercial complex of Imperia structures Ltd. they have made office space and residential spaces ( 1 bhk and 2 bhk ) within the same complex. Employees can just walk from home to their office and save a lot of time ( usually a person in Delhi- NCR spents 2-3 hrs per day in commuting everyday). I personally like this home 2 office concept.
I could also see several residential flats already occupied. I also saw the BSF IG HQ functional and BSF quarters already occupied.
Construction activities are going on in full swing in all of the KP-5 area. KP- 5 being just 17 kms from the Eastern Periherial Expressway, the area is going to witness a massive boom in economic activities in next 1 yrs as the economy is resuming after covid.
The place is now well connected with Cab services like OLA and UBER which was missing/infrequent two year back. Needless to say Noida is so green and clean and absolutely no traffic Jam ( Just feels like driving in Dubai!!)Pros

Knowledge Park 5 is one of the dedicated Corporate-Education Sectors in Greater Noida. It is located on Gaur Chowk - Surajpur Road and is approximate 1,000 Acres in size.
