Ssvk shades has done lot of properties in and around Chennai. This project consists of 169 flats and having 6 flats in a block. Ground water storage is available with iron remover installed in all block water tanks. Maintenance staff available to clean the water tank and maintaining common areas of each floors. All provisions and all house hold goods are available within 1.5 km. Very peaceful location for family.
