It’s a Double storied block with wooden roofing having 4 double rooms with attached bath rooms/geysers. It offers versatile family accommodation. ALL ROOMS face the snow-capped Himalayas. It has an excellent garden area, car parking for 2 cars.
The power back (Hybrid invertor) takes care of the lighting of the cottage.
ONLY 12 stairs to access the cottage & so ideal for senior citizens & disabled too.Pros
