One can spot here woodpeckers, mynahs, pipits, red and jungle fowls, Indian peafowl, blue whistling thrushes, and more.

Valley facing, 400 fruit trees, natural water stream through the land, secluded, neighbors are local villagers, alongside the main road, the location is the center to most tourist spots in Kumaon region and yet least crowded. The land is also available in parts from 1.2cr onward contact for detail.
