UPRERA approved revival of the stalled 2,064-unit Shri Radha Sky Park, with Hawelia Group investing ₹770 crore and targeting delivery in 42 to 48 months.

Key facts

UPRERA approved revival of the long-stalled Shri Radha Sky Park housing project in Greater Noida West, clearing the way for construction to resume on its 2,064 units.
The approval followed a proposal from the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) and compliance with a joint development framework. GNIDA and developers including Hawelia Group signed a joint development agreement in July 2024.
Hawelia Group plans to invest around ₹770 crore to complete the project, with delivery targeted in 42 to 48 months.
Hawelia signed a 2023 memorandum of understanding with Invest in UP for a co-developer model. Uttar Pradesh issued revival-facilitating orders in December 2023 under its co-developers’ policy; GNIDA approved the plan for the agreement and regulatory clearances.
The project received funding from the America Pension Fund (Washington State Investment Board), its first investment in India in a legacy-stalled housing project.
