This locality will be in future a residential cum commercial hub with its planned development and spacious roads. All the major high-end residences are coming up in this area. The good part of this locality is that many families have already made it there home.

Golf Course Extension Road Leads Gurugram Property Growth

Golf Course Extension Road’s transaction value rose 379% in 2024–25, while Sector 66 plot values increased 112% over five years.

Golf Course Extension Road’s transaction value climbed 379% year on year, from ₹693 crore in 2024 to ₹3,319 crore in 2025. Its weighted average property price rose from ₹24,855 to ₹37,899 per sq ft. Anarock put the current average at around ₹22,000 per sq ft, versus ₹18,000 on Dwarka Expressway.

Launch prices along the 6-km corridor from Golf Course Road’s southern tip to Vatika Chowk rose from about ₹8,800 per sq ft in 2019 to over ₹20,000 in 2024. Sector 66 recorded 112% five-year growth; average plot values were about ₹18,400 per sq ft in Aurum Proptech’s 2025 report and ₹19,000 in Housing.com’s 2026 index.

The corridor connects to the Delhi-Jaipur Expressway, Sohna Road and Southern Peripheral Road. Gurugram’s municipal corporation is developing a ₹7.4-crore model road in Sector 66 with smart lighting, cycling tracks and improved drainage.
