Sector 56 is in contrast to its immediate neighborhood, an almost perfect oases in a desert of chaos. As principally, a combination of plotted colony, and CGHS apartment blocks, it is not a Gated Apartment, at the mercy of pre determined private builder. It is also preponderantly middle class, and is home to a large community of professional families and that gives rise to a citizenry, which is engaged - and this reflects, in the choice of commercial, educational, healthcare and sporting facilities which are on offer. Now snuggled in the warm embrace of 3 arterial roads, Golf Course Road, Golf Course Extension Road, and Huda City Centre - Sector road, it has excellent connections too and soon will be walking distance from the Sector 56 Metro Station.

Sector-56 is a very good Location. Everything is near about walking distance. Transport facilities are there. Petrol pump, CNG station, schools, hospitals, market is available.

Sector-56 has Lot of greenery, wide roads, good maintenance, here property is cheaper if compared to adjoining areas nearby, lot of space for parking, power back up in lifts, action is being initiated for full power back up, timely maintenance is done, toll free number for electricity complaint, inter-com facility is also going to be provided, rebate is being given for timely paying full maintenance allowance, Kendriya Vihar society is better than others. 24 hours sufficient security.
