Sector-16 of Greater Noida West is Located only 500 metres away from 130 metres road and Proposed Metro Station. Schools, Shopping Malls all are present in the sector. All societies in the sector are nearing to completion.

Pros:

Only 3 months in possession
Only 378 Flats
Very good construction quality

Cons:

Small Society

Sector 16, Gr. Noida is mostly occupied with high rise building apartments project. Many branded and other builders are striving to provided best of the best project. There is no doubt that sector will see a very high rates hike in future due to good connectivity and links with key destinations. The NH - 24 which is just 2-3 km from sector 16 has also been approved for elevated 8 line high way. Which means that once you get on NH-24 you can get in to Delhi in mere 15 Minutes that too with out paying any tool tax. Metro has also been sanctioned from Noida City Center to Pari Chock. Indian Oil Society is also developing a project with BS Buildtech. The rates are also very low as compared to the surrounding projects. The location and future scope is no doubt promising.

Pros:

Metro Connectivity, Surrounded by IT and Office space project.
Good Road and link road connectivity.
Almost 100% land ccupied by Builders for high rise building apartments.

Cons:

Over priced rates by many builders.
