Sadashiv Peth area is the heart of Pune city. Mainly all businessmen like this area due to good market aspect. Sadashiv Peth is going to develop fast due to new development by Pinnacle group. This group has taken 2 acres land of 9 wada's and they will build a cluster housing plan with the some good amenities. This will surely improve the importance of this area in future. Also this area will grow up with some upcoming commercial and residential projects and people who invest in this area will surely take some good returns on their investment.

Pros:
  • All commercial markets are near within 1 km
  • Easy for clients to access this area
  • Its really a heart of our pune city
Cons:
  • Traffic jam is the big problem due to crowd
  • Parking space for 4 wheeler is very difficult to find
  • Road devolpment will not be possible in future
