HYDRAA to Survey Encroachments in Ameenpur Municipality

HYDRAA will conduct a comprehensive survey in Ameenpur after complaints of encroachments, including confirmed encroachments in Venkataramana Colony by Golden Key Ventures.

Key facts

Residents of Venkataramana Colony complained that parks, roads and plots had been encroached upon by adjacent Golden Key Ventures. HYDRAA’s survey of survey numbers 152 and 153 confirmed encroachments, and an initial investigation found Golden Key Ventures responsible. HYDRAA will conduct an in-depth survey with the Survey of India and AD Survey.

Following complaints from Venkataramana and neighbouring colonies, HYDRAA will conduct a comprehensive survey in Ameenpur municipality and asked residents to cooperate. It urged residents of RTC Colony, Ranga Rao Venture and Chakrapuri Colony to file complaints about encroachments. The Enforcement Directorate has attached Golden Key’s assets following several allegations.
