Department of town and country planning (DTCP) ordered comprehensive structural audit of Ramprastha Primera, Sector 37D, after residents submitted complaint raising concerns over structural condition, particularly balconies and projections. District town planner (enforcement) Amit Madholia instructed developer Ramprastha Promoters & Developers Pvt. Ltd. to undertake colony-wide structural audit at its own cost. Audit must be carried out by one of four structural engineers empanelled by committee headed by Gurgaon's additional deputy commissioner. Audit must begin within 15 days.
