Rajouri garden a very good locality to live in it was a small and clean colony in past as mostly all houses were only ground floors and fresh air and no pollution but as growing populations every one has build multistory which created congested colony it and parking problem these days otherwise very good shopping place and a posh colony s sharma

Pros:
  • very clean colony good for shoppin in all colonies around connectivity with station workplaces for
Cons:
  • most negative point is parking problem and roads are narrow which creates traffic in both mornin

Rajouri Garden Area is a well known area.
It is having connectivity to almost every where North , South , East & West Delhi , connected by Bus as well as by Metro .
Most of the leading Malls , Cinema Halls all eating Outlets like Mc Donald , Bikanerwala, Haldiram , Subway Domino Pizza , all major Fine Dine Restaurants are nearby in a range of 2-3 km.
Both the commercial as well as Residential Properties are there

Pros:
  • Connectivity to whole Delhi
  • almost centrally located in Delhi
Cons:
  • Traffic in peek hours

Rajouri Garden is a very posh locality. It has very good connectivity with all over Delhi by Metro and Road etc. Schools, Bank, ATMs, Local Markets, Malls and Hospitals are available nearby and in the locality.

Pros:
  • Availability of good shopping centers, stores, cinema halls, schools
Cons:
  • Main Market does get overcrowded at times as lot of perople come here to shop from all over Delhi
