Away from the maddening traffic, pollution free area.Noise pollution , air pollution are much less compared to many places in Chennai.Given the past record no flood has affected Pandian Nagar as the soul is sandy and it is elevated area.Had been a shelter home during the past floods for many residents .Even cyclones have not uprooted any trees except breaking a few branches. Tsunamis have not crossed chavuku plantations protecting our residential localities.There is no dirth for water supply all through the months of the year.No Borewell dries up and the water is suitable for cooking, washing and hair wash too.An ideal locality for living in Chennai.connected to most parts of the city by city buses.Air ports just 15 minutes drive and metro railway stations just 10 minutes drive from Pandian Nagar..

Pros:
  • Power cut rare and if it happens within 10 minutes resumed
  • Fresh supply of sea food
  • Door delivery of provision, vegetables and meat
Cons:
  • Pandian Nagar does not have a multispeciality hospital.
  • Streets could have been broader.
