This is a low rise community with Ground, First & Second Floor Homes, while it is not a high rise community, however the community offers all the amenities like Power Back Up and Security just like the High Rises, this is what makes this community stand out amongst other homes in Gurgaon.
The Location of Orchid Island is strategically located in Sector 51, Gurgaon, close to Nirvana Country and BPTP Freedom Park Life. Artemis Hospital is close by and there are multiple options of markets in the vicinity. The Site Plan of Orchid Island is nicely laid out on a vast area and being a low rise community it gives a very open feel to the entire area. Feels like a good alternative to the high rise communities for those who prefer to be close to ground. The Apartment Layouts of Orchid Island are nicely laid out to take care of needs of family living to make sure of a comfortable lifestyle. The Ground Floor apartments come with a private lawn in the front and in the back.
