Flat No. 1103 booked for total consideration of Rs 1,67,30,500; complainants had paid Rs 1,42,25,627 (80% of price). Original possession date promised December 2018. Developers cited COVID-19 and environmental clearance delays, but commission noted substantial delay began before 2020. Commission rejected force majeure argument, citing Supreme Court ruling in M/s Imperia Structures Ltd. Vs. Anil Patni.
