SatyaVani Green Homes Invests $10 Million in Massive Green Township Project

SatyaVani Green Homes, a Hyderabad-based real estate developer and a part of the SatyVani group of companies, has announced a significant investment exceeding $10 million in their latest venture, Udhodayam Green Homes (UGH). This ambitious project is poised to become a model for sustainable development in the construction industry.

Mr. P Surya Prakash, Managing Director of the SatyaVani group of companies, articulated the vision behind UGH: “UGH will set an example on how construction industry can built a better tomorrow by not adding to the global warming concerns. We have designed our projects in such a manner that people would not have to sacrifice their comforts and will live in a healthy environment”.

UGH: A Landmark Green Township

Located in Annojiguda on the Hyderabad-Warangal highway, UGH is envisioned as the largest integrated green homes township in the area. Spanning 12 acres, the development will comprise 1800 residential units constructed according to stringent green building norms. These norms prioritize minimizing greenhouse gas emissions, thus mitigating the project's contribution to global warming. The residential units at UG Homes will be equipped with solar panels to generate power to be used by the residents.

Strategic Location and IT Potential

With the presence of Raheja IT Park and the Infosys campus in close proximity, and the increasing focus on Warangal as a burgeoning IT hub, Annojiguda holds immense potential for growth. Mr. Prakash believes that the area is strategically positioned to become a major center for IT companies in the foreseeable future. He also indicated that construction has commenced on three additional projects: a development in Begumpet, apartments in Kondapur, and a collection of 107 villas in Gagillapur, further expanding the group's footprint in the region.
