The cost of construction of these flats is too high despite free land to NBCC. Moreover lakhs of trees would be cut resulting in the otherwise poluted Delhi. This NDMC area is a green cover area. The claim of restoration of trees would take at least forty to fifty years to grow fully. It does not look a viable plan. Gastation period of plan is too long of five years not consonence with the present advance technology. The availability of flats for Central Government employees would double only depriving housing for employees when compared to area available and raising multistoried buildings.minimum of 10 stories.
