Club house, is it exclusive for ND Elite residents or common, builders first multi-storey apartment is N D Passion and I am still struggling to come to terms, builder charged for cabling of internet + tv + intercom and after being charged, you still need to pay for the installation charges to the nominated service providers. In ND passion, internet is only Airtel and cable TV is only for TATA Sky.
