Lucknow Development Authority is resuming registration for approximately 1,487 developed plots registered with UP RERA under its Anantnagar residential scheme located on Mohan Road.

The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) is set to begin plot registration in four sectors of its Mohan Road scheme, following RERA registration of Sectors 3, 4, 6, and 7.

The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) allotted 447 plots of 112.5 square metres in its Anant Nagar residential scheme through a lottery on Monday, 5 October, at Indira Gandhi Pratishthan’s Mars Auditorium. The draw involved 7,314 applicants. A further draw was scheduled for Tuesday for 35 plots of 200 square metres and 38 plots of 162 square metres.

LDA Vice-Chairman Prathamesh Kumar said the scheme is being developed on Mohan Road across about 785 acres in a grid pattern. Plans include wide roads, underground electricity cables, reliable water supply, EV charging stations, a community centre, solid-waste management and a zero-liquid-discharge system. About 130 acres are earmarked for parks and green space, and an EduTech City is also planned.

About 1,700 plots were allotted in the first four phases, which drew more than 35,000 participants. In phase five, 520 plots in Ashish Khand were offered online; 8,728 applicants registered between 9 August and 9 September 2026.

The Lucknow Development Authority launched 3,105 residential plots across two townships, with online applications opening September 24, 2026. Plot sizes range from 72 to 450 sq. metres.

• Varun Vihar: Nearly 6,580 acres; 1,926 plots in Phase 1—1,218 in Kailash Khand and 708 in Kashi Khand. Located near Mohan Road and the Agra Expressway.
• Naimish Nagar: Around 3,600 acres; 1,179 plots in Phase 1—669 in Brahma Khand and 510 in Bhoomi Khand. Located in Bakshi Ka Talab, near Sitapur Road, IIM Road and IIM Lucknow.

Prices are tied to official land rates. Applicants pay a 10% deposit, or 5% for reserved categories; successful applicants pay the balance in instalments. A computerised draw allocates plots, and unsuccessful applicants receive refunds. Applicants must be Indian citizens aged at least 18 and must not already own a plot or house allotted by the local housing board within city limits. EWS, LIG, MIG and HIG categories are included. Site preparation and phased construction of roads, drainage and power lines have begun.

• Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) opened Phase 5 of Anant Nagar Yojana on Mohan Road, offering 460 plots in Aashish Khand. Online registration runs from 9 August to 9 September 2026 through the LDA Citizen Portal; allotment is by lottery.
• Plot mix: 425 plots of 112.5 sq m, 23 of 200 sq m and 12 of 162 sq m. Applicants choose one size category; reservation quotas apply separately within each size pool.
• Registration deposit: 5% of estimated plot cost, or 2.5% for reserved categories. The non-refundable booklet costs ₹1,100 including GST. Phase 5’s final rate is in the booklet; previously published rates were ₹41,150 and ₹44,731 per sq m.
• Additional charges: 12% freehold fee, plus 10% for a corner plot, 5% for park-facing and 10% for roads at least 18 metres wide. Registry and stamp duty are extra. Inventory, location, area and price remain tentative pending final costing.
• The 785-acre township is on land in the Pyarepur and Kalwa Kheda belt; about 130 acres are designated for parks and green space, with an EduTech City planned. Phases 1–4 allotted roughly 1,700 plots; over 35,000 people deposited registration money. Phase 4 allotted 540 plots by lottery on 12 June 2026 among 5,181 registered applicants.
