It's a ghaziabad main prime industrial area . ghaziabad city has many industrial sites but MEERUT road site is most expensive and after that no land is easily available for sale or rent.it does not have small plots less than 10000 sqft.all basic amenities are near by.all residential posh colonies are touching MEERUT road industrial area.
