I have been staying in this society for 6+ years (as owner in A3 building).
I would say the flat and the society as such is very good but when it comes to reaching the society, it is equally bad.
There is one small road that comes from sainath nagar chowk to main gate, this is rather a road in the space left after speead breakers. There are 9 big speed breakers on the 200 meter road. Car cannot be taken from this road. Also the road can be blocked at any time for any number of days.
The second road is to the back gate which is only available from 8 AM to 8 PM. The road is good till 100 meter from society but then very bad.
You have no other option and whichever road you take, you have to COMPULSORILY see and smell the garbage. There is a big space in front side as well as back side where most of the Wadgaonsheri's garbage is throwed (or collected may be). There is big pile of garbage and it smells pathetic throughout the year and specifically in rainy season.Pros
