Kanan Vihar Phase 2 is a well located place near KIIT university. New black top double lane roads are being constructed and maintained all around the locality. Markets for daily needs are available at every corner. Maruti Service center is 1.2 KM, Hero Honda show room 1 km service center less than 1 km. Plenty of Auto are available. Bhubaneswar Rly station is 11 km. Upcoming New Bhubaneswar Rly stn is 4 km. Many more new shops and commercial complexes are getting started every day. No crisis for ground water so far. Overall good place to have residence.
