Shruti Pai, founder and director of Sagework Design, bought an apartment on the 13th and 14th floors of a luxury residential tower in Jayamahal Extension for ₹64 crore. It measures 12,800 sq ft in super built-up area and 9,929 sq ft in carpet area, working out to ₹64,457 per sq ft of carpet area. The sale deed includes four covered car parks and a basement lumber room.
