Jankipuram is a peace and pollution free area to live as compared to other parts of lucknow , specially sahara states it is open and have very beautiful greenery atmosphere , when you do morning walk at 4 or 5 am in morning your whole day tension I say get dismissed and will then your day goes brighter then ever

  • Suitable for old age peoples and childrens because of availibility of school
  • Best place to prepare for UPSC , JEE , NEET examination because of peace and lovely atmosphere

Excellent colony to live with family, open space, good shopping complex, Delhi public school, Lucknow public school, St Antony Inter college, Capital convent college, nearby NH24, Engineering college, Sitapur Road, Near IIM, all time conveyance available.

Jankipuram is in a walking distance from NH24 (Lucknow-Delhi Highway). It is near by to CDRI new Campus, UPTU new campus various colleges, sewa hospital, marriage hall, banks market etc.

Good Colony with all facilities and infrastructure is excellent. DPS, UPTU & CDRI are located in this colony.

Jankipuram is a very fast and rich developing residential area. Proper Connectivity through roads has improved movement of commuters. World class education is brought forward by established schools like Delhi Public School & Central Academy. No doubt the property rates will see a major rise in prices in the coming months. Overall a good investment for future.
