I have been in Gulmohar Park since 1981 we have our own house. What I like is there is lot of Greenery.
We have a nice Club that has swimming, basket ball, tennis and a very nice walking track.
There are good options to have a party for 50-100 people in the club.
Its a safe and posh colony.
Walking distance from the Green Park Metro Station. Centrally located close to all the South Delhi markets and 14kms from International Airport.
Not many power cuts and free-flowing water supply.Pros
