Cicc Anmol Abhinandan I am a buyer form this builder who constructed Anmol Abhinandan flats at seshadripuram-velachery. I booked the flats in 2010 and till now there are no promises amenities, no Metro water or drainage provided. As shown in this website the project is not completed yet. Poor building quality and a lot of cracks. Please ignore this builder.

I had purchased an apartment from CICC during end of 2011, and the building is not yet completed on any amenities promised. No completion certificate is given even after 4 years. Quality of construction is very bad, and the builder motive is only on Money, Money and Money. I feel very sad about my investment made with this builder.
