It is away from the crowds, traffic and noises of the city, it has a peaceful environment with friendly neighbours and a very refreshing atmosphere. It is located just below the historical Nandi Hills. Bus transportation for schools, colleges and for public transport have already been in work, electricity has already been connected as per the BMRDA norms. Its a great place for home seekers and investors. It is close to hospitals, schools and colleges. Highway is just close to the community gate. its has 40 feet wide road inside and 100 feet outside. It has 24/7 maintenance staff for your assistance. The project is approved by BMRDA nd LIC also provides loans for this project.
