Bikarnakatte is a few yards away from Nanthoor Circle where 4 National Highways meet each other. It is the fastest developing locality in Mangalore city and is the gateway to Manipal, Bangalore, Mumbai, Kerala and North Karnataka. With lots of development taking place in a around this location, the demand for this place and it's surroundings are fast on the rise and very soon prices are bound to shoot upwards as the New bus terminus at Pumpwell, DC office at Padil, the famous pilikula nisargadhama and Kadri park are being developed fast. Four lane/ 40 feet wide concrete roads are being laid all over the area for easy conveyance. Tourism is being developed in Mangalore with new vigor by the concerned authorities and to witness these developments one has to pass through Nanthoor circle.
