Besa is located at junction of new and old or present and future Nagpur. There are various nearby school and colleges around. Airport is just 5 km. medical is also within 5 km.

The PWD plans to develop a public garden in Revati Nagar, Besa, Nagpur, at an estimated cost of ₹3 crore. Facilities will include a green gym, open cross-fit equipment, yoga spaces, jogging and running tracks, shrubs and plantations, children’s play equipment, seating and lawns. A small synthetic badminton court is under consideration, while larger sports facilities have been scaled back.

The development area measures about 80 metres by 20 metres; an additional 100-metre-by-25-metre stretch is identified for a green belt, lawn and seating. Existing vegetation will be retained. The site is owned by the nagar panchayat; the PWD will execute the work and hand over the completed garden for maintenance. Nagar panchayat president Kirti Badole attended planning meetings.

Initially described in official documents as a sports arena complex, the plan was revised after residents opposed a full-fledged sports complex over crowding and potential misuse. The project deadline is 12 months, with officials hoping to complete major works before the monsoon.
