Telangana RERA ordered Auro Realty to execute a homebuyer’s sale agreement for Auro Kohinoor within 15 days after a dispute over payments and delay.

Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TGRERA) directed Auro Realty Private Limited to execute a sale agreement within 15 days for Sanjeev Mattoo’s flat in the proposed Auro Kohinoor project at Khanamet, Serilingampally mandal. Mattoo said the agreed price was ₹2,34,13,851, including GST, and that he paid ₹23,41,385—10% of the total—after being told a preliminary agreement would follow. He alleged the company then demanded an additional ₹45 lakh in cash and refused to execute the agreement, which he needed to obtain a home loan for the balance. Auro Realty said no payment was made in Mattoo’s name, claiming it was paid by Bright Safari, owned by Nancy Mattoo. The company stated the flat cost ₹2,81,38,845, with 5% GST payable additionally. TGRERA ordered the agreement to be made in Mattoo’s name.
