Delhi NCR engineer Kashish Chhibber, known as “Witty Engineer” on Instagram, filmed under-construction apartments at ATS Knightsbridge in Noida Sector 124. He was quoted ₹15 crore for a 4BHK; his video also cites ₹25 crore for a 6BHK. Chhibber questioned the affordability of the prices and compared them with other projects:
- Supertech Supernova: 1BHK apartments start at ₹75 lakh; 4BHKs reach ₹5 crore.
- ACE Golfshire, Sector 150: apartments cost ₹1.08 crore to ₹7 crore.
The video received 4.3 million Instagram views and over one million views on X. An X user said the 3BHK at ATS Knightsbridge is 6,000 sq ft and the 6BHK is 10,000 sq ft, with amenities including a dedicated concierge. ATS Knightsbridge Enters Insolvency Process, Construction Must Continue

- The National Company Law Tribunal admitted corporate insolvency resolution proceedings against ATS Heights Private Limited, developer of ATS Knightsbridge in Sector 124, Noida, over alleged defaults of ₹285 crore and ₹47 crore. The order was delivered on April 22, 2024, by Justice Ashok Kumar Bhardwaj and technical member Subrata Kumar Dash; Gaurav Katiyar was appointed interim resolution professional.
- ASK Trusteeship Services, representing ASK funds and entities, initiated the proceedings. ATS promoter Getamber Anand argued the amounts were equity, not debt, and said the company was discussing an amicable settlement.
- NCLT directed the IRP to ensure the project continues and construction is not hampered, and required suspended promoters and management to comply with Section 19(1) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
- ATS Group bought 11.5 acres from Logix Group in 2012 for ₹604 crore. The project was planned as 60% commercial and 40% residential. Noida Authority approved its layout in May 2016. The residential phase comprises five 47-storey towers and is partially developed.
