Noida Authority invites objections to revised Sports City layouts from Logix, 3C Green and ATS Homes

Noida Authority invites objections to revised Sports City layouts from Logix, 3C Green and ATS Homes Noida Authority has invited public objections for 15 days to revised Sports City layouts submitted by developers Logix Infra Developers, 3C Green Construction and ATS Homes, ET Realty reported on September 30.

What the layouts propose

Logix filed a plan for Sector 150, 3C Green Construction for Sectors 78 and 79, and ATS Homes for Sector 152, the report said. The proposals follow a Supreme Court order of November 2025 and could offer fresh hope to nearly 20,000 homebuyers.

According to ET Realty, Logix's 9,86,604 sq m layout reserves 70% for sports, 28% for group housing and 2% for commercial use. The 3C plan, covering 6,63,001 sq m, has the same split. ATS's 5,06,401 sq m plan allocates 70% to sports, 26% to residential use and 4% to commercial use.

Proposed facilities include tennis courts, an indoor hall for gymnastics, table tennis, squash, basketball, volleyball and rock climbing, a swimming and cricket academy, a golf course and a medicine centre, the report said. The developers have promised to complete the sports facilities within three years and residences within five.

Why the area was stalled

Noida Authority halted development-related activity across Sports City projects on January 18, 2021, after a 2019 report by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India flagged housing priority, missing approvals and other violations, ET Realty reported.

Builders and projects in the affected sectors

ATS is among the better-known developers in the city. Its Sector 150 projects include ATS Le Grandiose, ATS Pious Hideaways and ATS Kingston Health. In Sector 152, it has ATS Picturesque Reprieves. Its ATS Knights Bridge in Sector 124 is under construction, with possession due in March 2030. ATS Greens Village in Sector 93 is ready to move.

Prateek Group's Prateek Canary in Sector 150 is under construction, with possession due in October 2027. It offers 3 BHK apartments. Other Noida projects by Prateek include Prateek Edifice in Sector 107 and Prateek Wisteria in Sector 77.
