It has internal access to fully developed posh colonies at Alkapuri and Shaktinagar where property prizes are very high. Large plots are available here and is occupied by senior bureaucrats and Govt. officials. Large villas are already built and occupied. Further high class development on cards as full operation of AIIMS yet to begin. An ideal place for living in a calm, serene area which is close to the Habibganj railway station.
