Beltarodi police registered case against Viju, Haridas Gaikwad of Chandramani Nagar, and Ritesh Ghodeswar of New Kailash Nagar. Upon learning of case registration, Viju fled to Pune with second wife. Police raided his Beltarodi house but found him gone. Viju initially ran a gambling club, then expanded into land grabbing, recruiting local criminals from Ajni and Tajabad. He manipulates vulnerable landowners by creating fraudulent documents.
