Around 250 residential, commercial, industrial, logistics and plotting projects from 55 Surat developers will be displayed. Projects from Vesu, Althan, Adajan, Pal, Dindoli, Kharvasa and Katargam are included. Organisers expect around 1.5 lakh visitors and have introduced QR-code registration for the first time to track preferences, including property types and amenities sought. CREDAI Surat chairman Sanjay Mangukiya and president Jignesh Patel announced the event jointly.
