Government office, ITI and other institutions are within the area. Ground water facilities are rich and tasty. Free from air pollution and noise pollution. Near by restaurants and shopping malls. Easy access to multi-speciality hospitals and other health care facilities. University and other educational institutions are reachable.
Pros:
- investment point of view is highly positive
- Religious locations are nearby
- existing airport and expected to be one of the international airport in India soon
Cons:
- immediate construction is little negative as there are no neighbours
