Very near to AIIMS, having good schools, shopping centers in the vicinity. Very good housing projects in the area like Cosmopolish, Vipul garden etc has increased the acceptability of the area many fold. The national Highway No- 5 with its feeder road at both sides provides good connectivity with the area to all parts of Bhubaneswar as well as well connected to major cities of Odisha.
