Prime area with airport just being 10 km away and railway station at a distance of 3 to 4 km. Hospitals, commercial complexes and schools are within a reach with good connectivity.

Alwarpet- posh location much sought after less crowded- reasonable rentals unlike premium ultra commercial locations like T. Nagar, Nungambakkam etc.Strategic well connected centrepoint between EAST TO WEST & NORTH to SOUTH of CHENNAI.
