Strategically located on Mangalore-Mysore Highway, its potential as Real estate hub is underlined by the ever increasing price trend in the area. The KIADB's Special Economic Zone on one side of the Highway and huge residential layouts on the other side of the highway will cater to the demand for residential plots. Being on Highway its just 20mins drive from Mysore Palace. Almost all the civic amenities are around Yelwal like International Standard Schools, Star Hotels and Resorts, Exclusive residential layouts, Industries, Hospitals, Automotive show rooms and service centers, Govt Institutions and research centers, connectivity, etc.
