Wai is surrounded with all beautiful places and sites,because of its beautiful many movies shoots take place in this nature. Wai is newly known as film city. Wai is blessed with many things like Fresh atmosphere and mountains,valley which makes Wai a really beautiful and wonderful.

Wai is a well known place which is just 93 km from Pune / 18 km from Panchgani and 37 km from Mahableshwar. It has midc, good weather, water, power supply. Its a fast developing place preferred by clients looking for second home with rental options. It has good infrastructure restaurants, market, transport, banks etc. It is surrounded by hills and having excellent beauty of nature.
