Vikas Nagar is thickly populated suburb area in Hastsal. Near to Uttam Nagar Meto and bus stand. All basic amenities are available in this area. Still lacks proper drainage system. Good residential area to look out for private houses and land/Plot. Market place is busy and has food shops, dairies, daily living goods shops, ATMs, banks, hospitals and construction work shops. My view is that in next 2 years value for property will be atleast 50% more than what it is today.
